If you forget to upoad photos, please send order number and photos to sales@thepetpillow.com by email.
No, don’t need it. Our team will process the photos according to your order. Just please send clear, high-quality photos, and please don’t send a shot screen. For more details, please refer to Photo Guide.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. If any questions, please send an email to sales@thepetpillow.com.
If your want to change address, please send the order number, phone number, and new address to our email: sales@thepetpillow.com. Once the order has shipped, the address can’t change.
Shipping

Returns
If your package is damaged or you received the wrong product, please send the relevant pictures or videos to sales@thepetpillow.com. We will verify the status of the package within 3-5 working days, and once verified, we will follow your wishes and give you free reprints within 7 working days. Or give you a full refund, you will receive the refund within 3-10 working days.
